Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Data Steward for Prestigious Hedge Fund Gianmarco Passalacqua posted a job: Data Steward for Prestigious Hedge Fund "Job Responsibilities: • Understanding the needs of data customers at a deep, detailed level • Designing and implementing data solutions to meet customers’ needs • Development, implementation and evolution of data management best practices • Management of a subset of content domains across the data lifecycle • Managing the hedge fund’s partners in the content supply chain (vendors, technology and operations) • Overseeing content ingestion to ensure data assets are maintained excellently Position Requirements: • Passion for data and the opportunities it affords • 1-5 years of relevant experience • Familiarity with one or more of the following data domains:  Macroeconomic Data  Market Data: Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Equities, Derivatives (Options, etc.)  Credit Data: ABS/RMBS/CMBS, Structured Derivatives, Loans  Company Data: Fundamentals, Estimates, Ownership (Holdings), Corporate Actions / M&A Data, Legal Entities • Experience in any of the following data specialties:  Data management (ETL tools, metadata management, database management)  Data manipulation (SQL, Excel based tools for analyzing and manipulating data)  Data profiling (quality grading, data modeling, concordance / reference master management)  Data governance and data quality management • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills • Ability to approach and resolve problems in a logical and structured fashion while identifying and weighing trade-offs • Strong customer orientation and sense of ownership for responsibilities • Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for problem solving; a propensity to take things apart and see how they work • Ability to think of “out of the box” solutions to problems balanced with the common sense to identify reasonable solutions • Comfort with giving and receiving criticism • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship • Must be willing to relocate To Apply: • Please send your resume (as a Word document) to talent@elmtalent.com - put only “Data Steward” in the subject line • Please include your GPA and standardized test scores on your resume"
