Our creative team of "magic" idea generators is seeking a high-performer, enthusiastic, accounts payable and accounts receivable analyst, with a knack for organizing multiple accounts, a positive customer service mentality, and a commitment to continuous information gathering. Our idea of a Financial Analyst is someone who likes interacting with people, as well as maintaining excellent records for every account, and ensuring that billings are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Experience in advertising, radio, TV, or similar industry would be preferable. Junior Financial Analyst, Toronto, ON Requirements: -Experience in the Advertising Industry is a must. The successful candidate must understand the billing process and the nuances of this type of business. -English proficiency. Excellent verbal & written communication. -Immediate availability is required. - Minimum of two or three years of experience in AR and AP, with strong organization and communication skills, high sense of commitment to continuous information gathering and following up with multiple accounts and the ability to interact with people on a regular basis. -This position is ideal for a student who is completing his/her CGA, CA or CMA and is looking to gain some experience. Position Objective: The main responsibility of the Financial Analyst reporting to the Chief Financial Officer is to ensure an accurate billing and work in progress process within the organization.
