Sales Director Based in Frankfurt, Germany Key Responsibilities Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities for IT and Business Process Outsourcing Services in Europe Manage End to End cycle of large accounts from Presales - Sales - Post sales to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and distribute all monthly and weekly reporting: Financial, sales reports and communication with required departments Grow the client portfolio revenues to reach agreed targets Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business Manage and influence senior level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships Recommend products and services to clients as appropriate Hunt target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our client's services and products Ability to open doors and close deals Achieving sales targets according to company guidelines and develop sales strategies Keeping up to date with products and competitors Build Referral and lead generation network Responsible for maximizing existing accounts by analyzing company needs Responsible to own and deliver responses to RFI, RFP and any other form of customer requests Understand the commercial objectives, commercial models and contribute to the development of sound commercial proposals Requirements: Thorough understanding of business model in both IT and BPO services Strong sales experience in European Strong interpersonal skills Ability to develop relations and communicate with all levels of management Good negotiation skills Great industry relations, highly networked Should have proven track record of high revenues Diverse sales and management experience and a willingness to improve Proven track record of superior performance Produce results in fast paced environments by adapting and implementing new strategies Team oriented manager who motivates members to exceed expectations Excellent communication skills Well connected with excellent track records in domains like Banking, Finance, Retail and Healthcare domains Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities MBA, PGDM Should you be interested, please send your CV to europe@chronosconsulting.com! http://bull.hn/l/CP7R/6" |
