Web developer in St Louis, MO We are currently looking to hiring two Web Developers for a client in St. Louis, MO.  This is an immediate need so it is a great opportunity to secure employment during the holidays.  Salary range for this position is $60K to $100K.  If you are interested please send resumes and/or inquiries to josh.henn@disys.com.   - The purpose of this position is to develop various web-based applications for Internet or Intranet. - Formal Policy-Setting Responsibilities - Formally responsible for providing input - Routine Decision-Making - Determine when development deadlines are compromised - Determine internal and external meeting objectives and agendas - Determine appropriate coding standards   Essential Responsibilities: - Skill in Web Styles, Web Marketing, Web Graphics, Web Publishing and Web Usability Technique - Proficiency in physical and logical database design - 50% of the job will be for designing, coding, and testing technical solutions - 20% of the job is developing understanding of client expectations to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to correct issues or events that will affect delivery - 10% of the candidates time will be allocated to anticipate client needs before they arise to present solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand - 10% is allocated to developing a sense of ownership for projects to create prototypes for client engagements, assist in logical database design and write effective stored procedures - Knowledge of the content management and web application space including performance and scalability design and tuning, data migration, Search Engine Optimization strategy execution, Clean Development Mechanism implementation, metrics and third party web services integration - Knowledge of open source products and frameworks - Knowledge of scripting language, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) preferred - Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL), and - Cascading Style Sheets including adornment hierarchy - Demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system - Practical Knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS) and Web configuration (.NET) - Knowledge of page lifecycle - Knowledge of object and component methodology and technology - Knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures - Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and C sharp (C#) programming language - High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information - Ability to work with all levels within an organization - Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing - Ability to motivate and persuade others - Strong organization skills to establish routines and detailed procedures - Ability to display accuracy and proficiency in fast paced environment http://bull.hn/l/BSST/6"
