JOB DESCRIPTION :- JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER ACCOUNTS TAXATION: TDS monthly payments Service Tax monthly payments Form 13 lower TDS certificates application & follow-up Advance Tax computation Income Tax Refund (Data consolidation & follow up with consultant) Income Tax Assessment (Coordinating with Tax consultant, give data & get it done) TDS rectification (Coordinating with Tax consultant, give data & get it done) Secretarial work for Board resolution & other works (coordinating with HDFC secretarial dept AUDIT: Internal Audit (Coordination & get it done) Interim Audit (Coordination & get it done) Statutory Audit (Coordination & get it done) Tax Audit (Coordination & get it done) PAYMENTS: Sending letters for Stop payments & reversal of Funds Fund requirement letters & data (monthly) Salary payments monthly Salary Advances, Advances angst Incentive, Adv angst expenses daily Rent Working & Payment Cash Management (E-Net, NEFT, CMS) Reimbursement Software to be implementation in some locations SCRUTINY: Supervision of Team Members ICD interest Payment quarterly payments & sending documents to HDFC Ltd.
