"Now Hiring: Sales Specialist – Urology / Gyne –West Midlands in Birmingham, United Kingdom Our client is a provider of world class medical devices and therapies for dealing with Womens and Mens health. Our client is known for its innovation and strong healthy product line and are subsequently looking to expand their sales force for 2012. They are seeking a Territory Manager to cover the West Midlands and North Wales. An ideal location to live would be around the Staffordshire area. The product area is Urinary, Continence and Gyne products (Meshes, Tapes etc) and you will be selling into theatres (Urologists and Gynaecologists) and dealing with procurement also. The suitable candidate should have a solid and successful sales experience ideally within a disposables and consumables market within Gyne, Urology or Pharma if within a Gyne or Urology product area but theatre sales experience is desirable. You should be a team player with the ability to manage your own work load, be able to manage and develop existing/new business relations and be able to promote and sell the portfolio of products effectively. The majority of time this will be an autonomous position and you should be able to motivate yourself and demonstrate outstanding organisational and communication skills. You must be comfortable in a culture of drive, commitment and accountability. Commercial awareness is key for this role. You must also have key skills in building long term relationships.
