Commercial P&C Product Form Development Specialist needed for Product & Regulatory Service Dept. Responsible for development of new & revised insurance products & programs and drafting insurance documents, policy forms and manual pages. Perform research & coverage comparisons using filing data as well as feedback from Underwriting Units. Part of PRS Team; review, interpret and communicate impact of multi-state ISO form revisions and independent bureau activity. Determine impact of form changes, determine compatibility with existing endorsements and revise co proprietary forms as needed. May assist with state admitted filings, determine impact to company as changes occur, secure approval with state regulators & implement filed info to underwriting units. Participate in special projects, create and maintain underwriting rules describing use of each insurance form & endorsement as well as performing training seminars as needed.
