"Job: 4987/CC/CustRef in Munich, Germany Position can also be based in Paris, France Position Summary:  Works closely with field sales, marketing and product teams to identify and recruit top-tier customer references, foster strategic relationships and promote customer success to influence larger, more strategic sales opportunities and enhance Citrix brand loyalty: Develop Geo-wide engagement model to support and enhance regional customer reference activities, establish program framework and processes, including guidance for effective use of references in sales cycle and customer engagement best practices. Manage and maintain Geo reference inventory by industry and product, including pipeline and reference requests across various use cases. Work cross-functionally with various internal teams to market and highlight customer success, especially across all Corporate and Product Marketing teams. Engage directly with top-tier customers and channel partners to leverage and promote customer success stories. Position will be measured on ability to actively recruit and develop top-tier customer references and broadly leverage success stories at strategic levels (Customer Council, Media) and for tactical activities (sales tool kits, case studies).  Primary Duties / Responsibilities:  Drive Geo-specific, top-tier customer reference strategy: Recruit and manage high-touch reference relationships for strategic customers as defined by Geo Create and maintain in-depth customer profiles and contacts; manage reference request fulfilment, and track reference activity and outcomes Drive opportunities for promotion and broad-based leverage of customer success assets Ensure Geo participation and increase program adoption and visibility Report outcome metrics for Geo-wide customer engagement Foster and promote long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships Engage with Geo teams regarding reference strategy and targets, new reference customers available in database, and new customer success materials.  Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Related Work Experience):  Poise, discretion, and a demonstrated ability to interact directly with strategic customers, managing communications with them both individually and as a group Excellent verbal and proven written communication skills Strong interviewing skills Understanding of a broad range of marketing and customer communication activities Strong customer service orientation Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing resources and several projects simultaneously Good working knowledge of PC tools including database management, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools Ability to manage processes on a worldwide basis Must be highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a proven track record of exceptional results in a team environment Strong project and program management skills  Functional / Technical Requirements (include Education, Certifications, and Training):  College degree or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years of sales or marketing communications experience, preferably in the high technology industry Experience creating marketing communications materials Prior experience in a ‘customer-facing’ position Citrix product and industry knowledge alliance manager, engagement manager, relationship management, client relations, client & account management, customer reference manager, marketing communications, citrix http://bull.hn/l/CSTL/2"
