Location: Downers Groove, IL Duration: 1-2 years Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Requirements: • 7+ years comprehensive experience in a Medicare Health Plan, or in a IT Company specializing in Medicare solutions. • Domain experience must include several years of experience in the Health Care and Health Insurance background. • Expertise in Medicare Advantage (Part C & Part D) programs. • In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations and CMS compliance process with respect to Medicare Advantage (Part C & Part D) programs. • Ability to work with offshore teams located across time zones is a must. • Experience working on software implementations as a Business Analyst or Product Manager. • Excellent/demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are an absolute requirement Excellent presentation skills.. • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in analytics, informatics, computer science, programming, health care administration, or business. • Master's degree or MBA in Health Care Management preferred. • Strong MS-Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
