"Berean Group is Seeking Casino Systems Support Engineer Location: Miami, FL Duration: 5+months Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Scope of work: • Production support of shipboard Casino systems (Galaxis, Oasis, Arcade systems included) • Will be assigned as resource for shipboard projects (upgrades, NewBuilds, enhancements) • Participate in User Acceptance Testing • Test and certify version updates received from system vendor • Production support for other shipboard systems/applications • Ongoing maintenance and internal ownership of system. Maintaining roadmaps, analyzing support trends, etc...
