Responsible for achieving goals and targets as set by the Management. . KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description • Should have excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in manufacturing and testing of below products using modern high speed & conventional enameling plants, flattening mill, paper covering machine. o Enamelled Round Copper Wires (all sizes from 0.20 mm to 6.00 mm) o Enamelled rectangular copper wires o Paper/Nomex/Mica wrapped rectangular & Round copper wires o Glass Covered varnish bonded rectangular copper wires o Enamelled Fiber Glass Covered Varnish Bonded Rectangular Copper wires • Manage all activities of Raw material stock, production Planning, product Quality and quantity. • Organizing the shift staff, technicians and operators to achieve maximum production. • Provide technical assistance to the Engineers, staff as and when required. • Progress reporting to the management periodically. • Thoroughly conversant with the relevant international specifications of magnet wires and insulated conductor. • Responsible for the proper utilization of resources and man power to achieve maximum productivity with excellent quality. • Give guidance to production engineer/ in-charge, shift supervisors to set the machines and enameling scheme for the production of individual sizes and as per different insulation schemes. • Upkeep of all records as per ISO procedures. • Direct Prod. Engineers/Supervisors in providing on-the-job training for operators. • Confer on a regular basis with Management regarding production, scheduling, repair problems, customer concerns, employee performance, and other matters as deemed appropriate. Minimum Qualifications: B.Sc in Chemistry/ B.Sc Mechanical Engineer or Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 Years experience in the manufacture of all types of magnet wires Interested Candidates may send their profiles to : Mohanad.adla@alfanar.com"
