Location: Appleton, WI Duration: Temp to Hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description: • Information Technology has an opening for an Application Analyst to support the EpicCare Ambulatory (EMR) application. • daily customer application support, implementation of new clinics and hospitals, customers, team projects, upgrade testing and implementation, support for the Client System for Improvement, and optimization of the applications and workflows. Job Qualifications: • B.S. degree in Healthcare Operations, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of three years to five years technical IT experience OR associate degree with minimum of five years experience managing applications. • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare information systems. Be familiar with Microsoft Office and e-mail applications. • Prior IT support experience required. • IT healthcare support experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience in managing applications and their vendors. • This position requires a high degree of organization and structure. • Team members will be required to prioritize and manage many concurrent tasks and projects. • Updates to documentation, the customer, and other team members must be frequent and consistent.
