Location: Appleton, WI Duration: Temp to Hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description: • This position is responsible for supporting the software and maintaining the integrity of the databases used to support a Client customer. • This person will also provide training and education to all Information Technology personnel and other Client employees when and where applicable. Essential Job Duties: • Works collaboratively with end users, application analysts, and other IT staff to develop a solution that meets business requirements. • Build, implement, and maintain applications • Assists in researching and implementing enhancements that aide in the expansion of technologies. • Assists in developing new standards that will streamline computer functions. • Informs customer of technical or process changes that may enhance the customer ability to perform their functions. • Facilitates and assists in developing new standards or best practices that will streamline computer functions. • Leads and participates in continuous improvement initiatives and champions the effective implementation of these process improvements. • Follows and provides updates to standard work and sequence. • Works with all Information Technology staff and customers to develop and provide educational • programs needed to enhance abilities. • Is able to independently manage application vendor(s). • Manages daily customer contact. • Serves as a resource for all Information Technology personnel. • Provides on-call after hours support as needed and/or scheduled • Continues personal and professional growth. Job Qualifications: • Minimum three years experience building, implementing, and supporting health information systems. • Uses LEAN techniques to improve process and identify opportunities for improvement.
