"Global Compensation Analyst – Zurich, Switzerland A Global Pharmaceutical Services organization is currently recruiting for a Compensation Analyst to join the team in Zurich, Switzerland. You will report into the Compensation and Benefits Manager and your responsibilities will include: • Modeling and analyzing the development of compensation and incentive programs and policies; • Managing the administration of all compensation plans and programs in partnership with compensation stakeholders; • Managing customer expectations, inquiries with assigned countries; • Researching and resolving issues/inquiries related to the plans, processes and tools involved in compensation administration; • Conducting, analyzing and participating in survey submission to study labor markets and salary trends so as to establish budgets, pay rates, and other actions. The successful candidate will: • Have a background in Compensation; • Have strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data; • Have worked for an international organization; • Speak fluent English – any other language would be advantageous; • Be based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
