Must be able to work on technical and non-technical teams to ensure ITIL and ISO standards are maintained. Ideally the client is looking for someone who can work in front of clients dealing with large scale projects. English or Arabic are the preferred first languages and you must be able to speak perfect English without a strong accent as you will be representing the client in major account meetings. Requirements 1. Service Desk management/team leadership ITIL Certified 2. Working for a top consulting company like Accenture, EDS, HP, McKinsey, Booz, IBM 3. 8 years ITSM Experience 4. Maintain a good working relationship with customers both internal and external 5. Management and support of the service desk team to ensure adequate process and procedures exist and all staff perform in compliance with the relevant procedures Qualifications: 1. Comprehensive understanding and experience of ITIL based service management processes. 2. ITIL v3 Certified 3. ITSM 4. University Degree in Computer Science or similar University Degree 5.
