"Client – Our client is one of the top Cold Chain Logistics Company in India, poised for some major expansion and growth in 2012. The client plans to expand their network in terms of both infrastructures and fleets across all major cities in India. Position – Chief Operating Officer Job Details – As COO, you will be heading the expansion for the organization. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of various projects like expanding and developing a strong network of ware houses across 20 cities across India. You will handle end to end expansion and projects right from land acquisition to equipments procurement to installation and stabilization. As a COO, you will handle the end to end cold chain, ensuring timely transits and delivery goals. You will ensure operating efficiency, meet cost parameters, capacity planning and optimal utilization of assets. As COO you will ensure infrastructure and fleet management, ensuring highest uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance of the fleet and warehouses and enhance the useful life of assets. This role calls for you to exploit global technology tools, implementing robust systems and processes and building and training an efficient team.
