Required Skills: • Domain knowledge on Utility service / field work • Knowledge on CR&B (ISU-CCS) Technical object structure and its integration with SAP plant Maintenance / Work management. • Hands on experience on configuring Technical objects like Functional location, Equipment, serial number profiles etc. • Hands on experience on configuring different types of service notifications, service orders and integrating service objects (service notifications or orders) with CR&B business processes like Move in, Move out, Disconnections etc. • Setting up Master data and configuration data like classification and catalogs. • Prior experience of integrating work management with any mobile system or scheduling system. • Knowledge on CRM system and its integration with CR&B is preferable"
