Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Team Leader, NextGen Development, San Ramon, CA Sheela sood posted a job: Team Leader, NextGen Development, San Ramon, CA "Berean Group is looking for a Team Leader, NextGen Development for its end client Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: Temp to Hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description: • Under the leadership of the Manager, Software Development, the NextGen Development Team Leader has primary responsibility for providing day-to-day direction and oversight to the EMR Template Developers and Programmer Analysts and participates in specific activities and tasks related to implementing the NextGen Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system templates, reporting applications and interfaces. • The NextGen Development Team Leader is responsible for organizing and maintaining technical and functional specifications and ensuring that development standards are upheld by all template developers and programmers. • As a member of the Software Development Department, the NextGen Development Team Leader coordinates activities and project schedules with other Team Leaders and assists the Manager with staff recruiting and performance reviews. Required Experience: • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of technical professionals required; previous supervisory experience highly desirable. • Health Care background required (5+ years). • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management tools required. • Demonstrated knowledge of structured development processes, technical project management, software testing and documentation. • Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
