You provide 1st & 2nd level support to customers on various IP services ( GRX, L3VPN, L2VPN ) 2. You’ll take part of pro-active maintenance daily checks on the IP BB. 3. You’ll interact with our vendors in order to follow up on reported issues. 4. You’ll interact with our Service Fulfilment team and ensure customer projects are implemented according the defined guidelines. 5. You’ll contribute to IP services monitoring / acceptance processes by proposing improvements to the current processes. Profile 1. You a have a master degree in electronics, informatics or telecommunication, or relevant work experience in a network service provider environment 2. You are Cisco Certified at CCIP/CCNP level or equal through experience. Knowledge of Alcatel SR is considered a plus. 3. You master IP, MPLS, BGP, MP-BGP and IS-IS, any experience with MPLS Traffic Engineering and L2 OAM protocols are considered a plus. 4. You have experience with Mobile data network. ( GPRS / GRX / GTP protocol ) 5. You are very interested to work in a service provider environment. 6. You are a team player and flexible. 7. You are customer driven with a keen eye for high quality. 8. You are creative, result-oriented and you can demonstrate hands-on problem-solving skills. 9. You can work with Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access . 10. You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French a`plus. Any other language is welcome"
