We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.     Head of Project Services based in Vienna, AT       Tasks Encompassing, estimating, cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting. Provide accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action. Coordinating with the establishment of the project management system and implementation of project control procedures Monitoring actual project expenditure against budget allocations at different levels. Prepare screening (conceptual) cost estimates from limited information at the early stages of basic design for project gate decisions. Facilitate third party and sub-contractor cost control efforts through early alignment of expectations and ensuring that the third party / sub-contractor cost function receives the appropriate support from other project team members Preparing detailed (classified) cost estimates from process design specifications direct material, labor costs and indirect costs. Evaluating indicates, forecasts, trends and current critical path, initiating proposals based on time/cost performance Providing regular updated cost forecasts as the work progresses, recognizing and incorporating the impact of opportunities and risks identified Monitoring and Follow up project Cash Flow Cycle, Acceptance, Invoicing/Aging Report and Cash Cycle as Planning and expected Compilation and upkeep of overall company documentation and preparing of overall status reports together with operational Business Units. Assistance in preparation, execution and post-processing of Steering Committee Meetings. Management of complex interdisciplinary Projects (large number of interfaces, involvement of a large number of resources from different Business Units and/or contractors) and ensuring that project objectives are being delivered on schedule, to budget and to the required quality   Requirements   University or college degree in relevant area Minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience. The role requires both sound technical and leadership skills.  Ability to identify problems and deliver solutions through effective communication and relevant skills is the pivotal attribute. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project. Fluent English. Having team spirit and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
