This is a work at home positions with a 12 month contract that can renew (also a great client to build your resume) NOTE - Can not sponsor H1B - Very sorry. The goal of the project is to hundreds of mixed Windows/Unix Servers and virtualize them with as little down time as possible. The end goal is to virtualize the entire companies server environment. Skills Needed Wide understanding of virtualization technologies and protocols including their strengths and limitations Large P2V virtualization project leadership experience. Extensive experience in Virtualization Planning Ability to lead and mentor server technicians to successfully implement your plans Ability to communicate clearly and explain the strategies and tools selected for the crossover Management duties to lay out timelines and expectations  Vendor management in selecting and implementing the needed virtualization tools This is not a technical hands on positions although a background in this field would help. http://bull.hn/l/F1DG/"
