"We have an immediate need for a Product Manager looking to enhance their skills with a company that is expanding their product line in the Racine area. The ideal individual must be able to manage and coordinate all activities related to current and new product lines within our client’s organization. This will include activities such as market research, new product development, project management, marketing, sales, product launch and support. This individual must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of hands on experience with Product Management, 3 years of Sales and Marketing, a history of successful new product launches and existing product enhancements. Must have experience with consumer products preferably with tools and the hand tool related industry. The candidate must have knowledge of basic mechanical/electronics applications and knowledge of automotive products including automotive diagnostic tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MS applications including Project and the ability to effectively implement new methods for design, cost reductions, and quality improvements. US Citizenship or Green Card is required, relocation assistance is not available.
