This role will work across the organisation’s Managed Services and Consulting practices, providing the scope and opportunity to specialise in the SOE development space for both operational and solution based projects. We are looking for someone with SOE engineering experience however experience and skills within Windows based Managed Services environments and a desire to learn SOE development would be highly regarded. Technical / Specialist skills and knowledge: •Understanding of SOE builds and environments •Minimum 4-5 years experience in a Windows Managed Services/Service Desk environment •Familiarity with application packaging processes •Knowledge of MSI, WISE and installation •Good knowledge of Windows Registry, Active Directory and Group Policy •Strong background in the Microsoft computing environment •Experience with the Windows registry and file systems •Excellent analytical, technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills •Well organised with planning abilities •An understanding of ITIL and Change management To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills/experience: •Meet the above technical requirements •Current Federal Government – Highly Protected clearance •Available to commence work in February or 4 weeks notice Please note: only suitable applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
