Specifically: • Protocol & Template building and support. Requirements elicitation, analysis and customer support. Analysis and engineering of business processes that make (or are expected to make) use of ABase. • Participate as part of a larger team providing ABase application support & administration, representing the Cambridge-area sites. • Participate in strategic discussions concerning the implementation and impact of High-Medium Throughput Screening on ABase and other applications (SARview/SARgen/Reporter, Genedata Screener, and other sanofi internal applications). • Close user support on usage of ABase. Includes data access, extraction and analysis both within and outside the ABase application. SKILLS >> Working knowledge of Activity Base (ABase) required. Specifically, protocol/template building and application administration. Must be detailed oriented and possess sufficient Business Analysis skills to extract requirements from scientist and translate them into tangible ABase solutions. Some background in Biology and/or Chemistry in Pharmaceutical required. Previous knowledge in High-Medium Throughput screening preferred. Good technical knowledge of Excel, VBA, Visual Basic is required. Should be able to write queries in SQL/Oracle. Previous experience and knowledge of Abase, SARview/SARgen/Reporter, and Genedata. Excellent communication skill is mandatory. EDUCATION >> BS Degree Preferred"
