". Opportunity Profile: The SAP Project Manager is a hands on Project Manager that will handle both small and large scale SAP Projects. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Lead and own project planning activities and oversee the delivery of projects related to successful program execution. Own the project plan and be responsible for delivery of its major elements including project’s business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria, on time and budget. Execution of the project plan, manage business and key stakeholders expectations, manage project finances responsibly, effective resources allocation and leveling. Resolve resource, budgeting, change and contract issues affecting the project. Escalate early issues about the project to program director. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE Must possess industry experience and knowledge of MM – PP/PI preferable, SD, FI/CO. Pharma or life science Industry experience preferred. Should have a good grasp of executing SAP projects on ASAP methodology. SKILLS AND ABILITIES The Project Manager must be strong with MS Project and the MS Office suite of products. Must be a good team player, detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative. Must be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities. Must possess project supervision skills – recording project status, follow-up on RAID, and should have SAP project implementation skills. Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations during the last 5 years. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. SUPERVISION Position functions autonomously. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS PMI certification a plus. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.
