Ensure compliance of internal control policies and procedures and fix regional internal control issues. Assist to evaluate and improve processes and communicate any updates in corporate policies to the region and conduct training. Provide leadership and support to SEA Finance on special projects and provide solutions. Initiate change in processes and systems to improve controls, efficiency and timelines. Review and ensure proper controls and audit of journals on payroll, deposits, prepayments, accruals, allocation of expenses, adjustments of accounts, etc. The Ideal Candidate You have a good degree in accountancy / ACCA and have at least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience, especially in a regional, shared service environment. We desire candidates with knowledge on balance sheet and P&L , and possess good leadership and communication skills to lead a team."
