The future HRBP will lead Asia-Pacific's Employee Relations Leadership, Strategic Business Partnering & Recruiting. Plus, the new hire will have exposure to senior leadership. This role will be located in Hong Kong (ideally, targeting a new hire living in HK). The interview committee is only targeting candidates: • From well know Multinational Corporations (i.e., huge publically traded / private companies). • Advancing faster than their HR peers (i.e., 5-12 years experience after college with annual base salaries between 700K to 1.2 million HK$ ... maybe more) ... no job hoppers. • Experienced with Asia Pacific employment law. • A Bachelors degree; ideally, Masters degree from top universities. • Authorized to work in Hong Kong.
