"The Group: Germany Top Industry & Health Equipments Group. Location: Guangzhou, covering the whole Southern China Region. Responsibilities: • Corporate commercial responsibility for one sales unit, guarantee of the defined targets, commercial implementation and execution of projects/orders. • Realization of the business targets according to the agreed business target agreement. Involvement in ensuring economic efficiency of orders/ contracts (e.g. through checking the contract conditions, renegotiation if necessary, rejection of the order, launch of further measures) according to common conditions. or with technical partner • Responsible for realization of orders/projects if ones unit (specialist sales, offer generation, project related contract generation and realization; revenue, margin, profit, functional costs): commercial leadership of these projects/ orders, guarantee of the target guidelines (revenue, profit, functional costs, etc.) • Execution of planning, steering and controlling tasks according to financial and economical target agreements. Coordination of the economic and commercial realization (from OR to payment receive) including project and order controlling. Participate into the planning by preparation of the plan requirements and processing of data • Detection and presentation of business key data including productivity, return, capital lockup, reasons for nominal- actual value difference, analysis of weaknesses, elaboration and implementation of measurements for cost reducing. Controlling of operative and non-operative expenses in projects, controlling of cost center to indicate deviation from the plan and implementation of measurements that ensure the target • Involvement in Bid and no-Bid decisions and accordingly abidance by LoA- processes. Classification of the projects. • Professional and disciplinary management and motivation of employees, guarantee and promotion of an optimal personal structure to meet the future needs. Implementation of competence management. Assurance of training and development for oneself and his staff in an appropriate extent. Training of the employees in quality management • Implementation of quality management and project management systems and ensuring their efficiency (continuous control and presentation of results. Ensuring and compliance with legal, regulatory and legal framework e.g. safety at work, compliance with the Working Time Regulations), if necessary, contact person of the regional business lines • Development and implementation of measures of asset management. ensure the proper financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements) and observance of rules of commercial management Requirements: • 15+ years experience in MNC, 5 + years experience in manager or controlling role in finance, order management, P&L analyze, etc. • Fluent English. • Strong Team Management skills.
