"Position : Regional Manager- Training & Development Location : Mumbai/Hyderabad Report ot : Director - Training Key accountabilities 1. Training design and delivery on Product Knowledge. • Follow up on Induction Training with new SPEs. • Identify training needs and conduct refresher trainings for all members of regional sales force which will help in achieving overall business objectives of the region. • Training to equip sales force with competitor product composition knowledge and product comparison from product perspective 2. Training design and delivery on Sales and Marketing skills. • Implement training modules on sales strategies/techniques • Design innovative / region specific sales techniques to encounter competition. 3. Provide on the job coaching for optimizing productivity through field work on regional SPEs selected on the basis of training need analysis. 4. Assist Area Sales Manager and HO training in arriving at relevant training and development needs of SPEs and also proposing ways to address them. 5. Coordination between HO and Regional Management to cascade and sustain various training/ Sales/Marketing initiatives. 6. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives to ensure they meet with sales management and company requirements and are delivered to the highest quality standards. 7. Continuously align regional stakeholders towards achievement of company targets and objectives. 8. To assist National Training Manager in developing training plan. 9. Implement and document follow up action plans and periodic feedback for each training program To understand and communicate organization values across the team.
