No sponsorship provided; Salary to $145K. The Record to Report (RTR) Analyst will lead/work alongside with a consulting team and colleagues worldwide to design, configure, document, test, implement, and deliver the 'Record to Report' (RTR) Financial Accounting business processes required for the company's Global ERP project. Responsibilities Include:  • Work with stakeholders globally in Blue Print Phase • Analyze / document current and future business needs of all financial related process • Ensure business requirements will be met by SAP • Assist in the Creation GAP analysis (current process vs. proposed model) • Assist in the creation of configuration standards • Identify WRICEF  • Assess the impacts of scope changes • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business teams to  ensure business processes operate at their optimum efficiency  • Design and test all RTR data integrations to/from legacy applications • Support RTR data conversion efforts • Assist with the development of user training documentation • Develop project documentation • Perform/Support tests  • Define and implement security profiles  • Train technical RTR Center of Excellence team and system users • Supports end-users training • Supports data conversion and cut-over activities • Support operational readiness and production cutover efforts • Hypercare support • Roll out Start analysis for next roll out site Qualified Candidates will possess: • 5+ yrs supporting 'Record to Report' functions • SAP function and configuration experience (6 mos or more) • Systems implementation and/or process transformation experience • Experience documenting processes 'as is' through process maps and SOP's with working knowledge of business process decomposition techniques. • Data Conversion activities, which include: mapping, data extraction, cleansing and analysis. • Working knowledge - Closing procedures and Consolidation processes. • Experience in any of these is a plus: IDS Scheer, HP QC, MS Sharepoint • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to travel on average 30%, including international, with the ability to travel extensively as project needs require If not interested, but want to stay in communication with future needs, feel free to send a LinkedIn invitation to connect.
