No sponsorship provided; Salary to $145K. The Solution Manager Lead is full-time part of an infrastructure team whose objective is to keep SAP systems functioning at optimal performance, availability and efficiency. Responsibilities Include: • Monitor Solution Manager Diagnostics and Wily Introscope, business process monitoring, and BI reporting. •Install, maintain, configure and support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party products. • 24/7 operations on-call rotation • Performance and availability troubleshooting • Manage implementation and on-going support of all functional and technical aspects of Solution Manager • Implement / support of Service Desk and/or integration with ServiceNow. • Implementation and support of ChaRM and OSS integration. • Create / maintain interfaces to HP Quality Center, IDS ARIS and SAP TDMS in support of multi-phase global rollout. • Create documentation / instructions for Operations staff on the SAP environment and SOP. • Automate administrative and operational functions for efficiencies Qualified Candidates will possess: • Bachelor's degree • 8+ yrs SAP Basis experience with Solution Manager, ECC, MDM, BW, GTS, and Enterprise Portal • 5+ years Unix-type Operating Systems • 2 or more large SAP implementations and upgrades • Experience with large SAP systems exceeding 1 TB of data. • Consulting experience in managing SAP Enterprise Portal, J2EE administration, and SAP BW. • SAP ASAP project implementation methodology. • Experience working in a large, global corporation. • Oracle DBA skills and performance tuning • Knowledge of SAP support for security audits and certifications. • Knowledge of technical infrastructure and high availability. • Knowledge of hardware capacity planning. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • SAP Basis certification preferred.
