One of our top clients, an internationally recognized leader in Chemical manufacturing, seeks a “highly promotable” Production / Maintenance Manager for a high volume manufacturing facility located in affordable, rural Central Illinois. This position, reporting to a Plant Manager, will manage multiple production leads and a maintenance group (a total of 30 employees). This position will be responsible for all aspects of production execution, product quality, line and labor productivity, operator training, safety, preventive maintenance programs etc. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering highly preferred), a minimum of 5 years manufacturing leadership experience, and computer literacy.
