"Job: Director of Sales Operations - Software - PA 531534 in Philadelphia, PA Director of Sales Operations - Software - PA Our Client is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join their growing team in Philadelphia, PA.  As an active member of the sales team, the Director of Sales Operations will support the functions critical to our client’s sales force productivity. This includes planning, reporting, quota setting/management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, partner/vendor relations, sales compensation design/administration and recruitment of sales talent.  This is a great role for someone who wants to get their foot in the door of a growing, venture-backed, high tech company.
