It will be your responsibility to recognize, highlight and improve the firm’s trade processes, thus providing key contributions to the firm’s investment machine. New Trading Associates will typically initially focus on one asset class, gaining an in-depth understanding of trade execution within that class in their first 6-8 months. More experienced traders will be charged with optimizing and implementing new trading strategies firm-wide.
