Kindly send me your CV for review. Top company is looking for a Director Level Board Secretary to work on developing streamlining Company Board meetings and acting as a Company Signatory. The company is a large Mobile Telco Operator. Role 1. Provide structure, composition, membership, activities to the Board and Board Committees 2. Provide resources, information and communications, as needed and appropriate. 3. Have effective working relationships with the Board Chair, Committee Chairs and individual Directors. 4. Attend record and distribute all meeting minutes to the Board. 5. Maintain a charter with all current minutes and action lists. 6. Maintain historical and current copies of bylaws. 7. Maintain general correspondence as archives. 8. Be a signatory, if required and appointed by the Board. Essential requirements: 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably Masters. 2. 12 years experience needed working as a Company Secretary or Secretary of the Board within a large organization. Telco Preferred. 3. Knowledge about community resources. 4. Legal competence and strong documentation skills. 5. Extensive knowledge and experience with corporate governance.
