Job Location: Rochester, MN Job Duration: 01 Year(Contract) Pay Range: Open Job Description: Primary responsibilities include working as part of a team to provide application development and testing support for bioinformatics unit, including testing and development of genomics-related projects. Task is to develop a program using java/xsl/xslt to convert TCGA XML clinical files to csv file which can be fed into or integrated with EZLoader, an internal system that loads clinical data into database. Behaviour Characteristics: Self-motivated and a quick learner who works well in a team. Good communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Well organized and detail oriented.
