"WeBecome is a Singapore headquartered consulting and professional services company. We are looking for a “RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST” to join our client in QATAR. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES • Implement best practices in recruitment, guide and coach BU and other recruitment team members accordingly. • Evaluate selection criteria and testing tools and provide recommendations to the Assessment Centers to ensure the processes and tools are constantly improved to ensure the highest level of success is achieved with minimum errors in hiring decisions. • Utilise competency based interviewing in selecting the candidates, and introduce line managers to this process by way of personal demonstration (role modeling) and by encouraging them to attend training workshops to acquire this skill. • Support campus recruiting initiative, community job fairs and internship programmes by attending them representing the company and seeking to attract the highest quality fresh graduates. • Manage the Applicant Tracking System & recruitment data base alongside others in the unit to ensure that the data contained in the system is accurate at all times. • Identifies hiring sources, initiates and maintains relationships with external talent sources. • Develop external contacts with recruitment firms, scan the employment market, negotiate competitive terms with recruitment firms, and maintain a comprehensive database of recruitment firms. • Input into the preparation of the annual recruitment plan based on business units and corporate center requirements. • Interviews candidates in person or on the phone to determine suitability for position. Provides useful feedback and recommendations to managers. • Review candidates background information and references for any discrepancies. • Extend offers to candidates and review new hire paperwork for accuracy. • Examine, compile and administer monthly pending and open requisition reports for all business units. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline. • Post Graduate Professional Qualification in HR is an advantage. • 8 years experience in HR out of which at least 3 should be in a similar role • In-depth knowledge of interviewing & hiring processes • Knowledge of talent recruitment through various techniques • Knowledge of local and regional talent market • Knowledge of HRIS, recruiting software and report writing software is an advantage • Knowledge of assessment methodology use Client offers a competitive tax free salary.
