FXCM at CityBook is seeking career minded & experienced individuals for full-time positions in our Operations department as a Treasury Associate. Position: Treasury Associate (Funds Transfer Specialist) Primary responsibilities include (not limited to): • Inputting wire details into multiple banking systems • Researching bank codes, bank addresses, bank wire capability • Contacting banks to initiate wire amendments, wire recalls, and traces • Generating wire confirmations upon request • Completing daily payment reconciliations for several bank accounts • Monitoring bank balances to assure sufficient monies for outgoing payments • Processing credit card refunds and ACH credits • Tracking incoming credit card settlements • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • 2-3 years of experience in a banking environment • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word • Internet savvy with the ability to navigate Web for research purposes • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment • Ability to adapt to changes with minimal interference • Self starter able to work with minimal supervision • Able to maintain confidentiality • Team player Hours: 40 hours per week – Shift to be determined. Salary: During the first three months you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 5,500. After which you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 6,675 plus potential for quarterly bonuses.
