"Job Title: Alfresco Business Analyst Location: Greenville, SC Duration: 1 Year Alfresco Functional Analyst Profile: · We are seeking an Alfresco Enterprise Content Management Functional Analyst responsible for analyzing and designing an Alfresco ECM solution. Specific responsibilities: o work with the business team to review the requirements document to determine the delta between what is delivered in the Alfresco ECM and what will require customization to the ECM. o analyze the requirements requiring customization in Alfresco, o determine the effort (design/implementation/testing/etc…) required for the customizations o functionally design the required customizations. o work with developers to ensure a mutual understanding of the approach and design for each customization · Must have expertise with system configuration, customization and a sound knowledge of the functionalities of the Alfresco Document Management and Share modules. · Mentoring of internal functional analyst · Working in an Agile software development methodology Required Skills: · 3+ years of Alfresco content management experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Alfresco · Experience with one or more databases (ideally postgres, mysql, mssql and oracle) · A good understanding of common web application security issues · Experience in integrating Alfresco with other systems (i.e for Single Sign On) · Experience with industry-standard software development processes · Experience with agile software development methodologies · A strong understanding of Content Management Systems · Demonstrated knowledge of content management concepts and best practices · BS in Computer Science or equivalent desirable. · Excellent communication (listening, persuasiveness, oral, written) skills and consultative personality · Results/goal oriented · Highly proactive; takes initiative · Solid skills to document functional requirements · People (team orientation, judgment, interpersonal relations) · Knowledge / Experience of Liferay a bonus.
