This position will work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain staff to ensure system support and enhancements are prioritized, designed and delivered to meet business needs. The Business Systems Analyst will identify and recommend process improvements that will enable continuous improvement of Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for ensuring all GxP relevant systems and processes used by manufacturing remain validated. This position will work closely with an external SAP support provider to ensure support and enhancements are delivered in a timely and high quality manner. The Business Systems Analyst will also work closely with other members of the IT team to ensure cross-functional business process integration. This position must possess the te chnical skills to perform development and support when necessary. This position will also work with the global IT team to ensure business processes and IT solutions are aligned. The Business Systems Analyst may be called upon to provide backup support to users in other regions; e.g. to cover for vacations or other absences. This position will manage projects as required in delivering the above. Qualifications Supervision of external programmers. Project management. 10 years SAP experience with a focus on Order to Cash and Supply Chain, including SD, WM, IM and TMS. •Business to Business integration via EDI.IT life cycle experience including requirements definition, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment and support. Experience working in FDA regulated environments is a plus - 45% of time spent on requirements definition, design, development and testing of new functions for the OTC and Supply Chain systems, with a primary focus on SAP. - 45% of time spent on incident and problem resolution for the OTC and Supply Chain systems, with a primary focus on SAP, interfaces to SAP and master data. - 10% of time spent on participate in global teams to align business processes and IT solutions.
