Project Managers (pmp preferred) Here are the requirements for those two positions: 1)Billing – Business PM Must HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS The Customer Service Division at client location is seeking a senior contract project manager to lead a Billing project that is not only large but is also highly visible with clients Executive Management and Agency force. This person will partner closely with the IT Project Manager(s) that oversee our Billing system and will be responsible for ensuring that roadmaps for improvements and enhancements are developed and are properly prioritized and executed against to meet business goals and objectives. • Requirements: • Bachelors Degree • 8 or more years of Project Management experience managing large complex projects • 5 or more years of experience presenting project progress and issues to upper levels of management • Experience in managing project teams consisting of cross-functional roles across the business and IT (e.g., business subject matter experts, business analyst, system analyst, software engineers, etc.) • Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from idea generation to deployment and post-production support • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong ability to direct the work of others • Very strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead various organizational areas through a challenging and high-profile initiative • Very strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills • Very strong communications, interpersonal, change management and relationship management skills • Preferred: • Advanced Degree • PMP designation • Insurance experience • Experience with billing system implementations strongly preferred 2) Customer Service – Business PM MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS The Customer Service Division at client site is seeking contract project managers to lead or co-lead Customer Service Division projects that can be either Divisionally-specific or cross-Divisional.
