Engaged in the most pivotal part of the project you will be responsible for the coordination and administrative functions of the PMO. The PMO function is the heart of this large scale project and vital to the success of the delivery. So what are you waiting for??? Duties include: • PMO administrative responsibilities • Manage register • On boarding/off boarding • Minute taking • Scheduling and coordination of project deliverables To apply, you must have the following: • Current Baseline clearance (mandatory) • 1-3 years PMO or Project coordination experience within a Federal Government environment • Can do attitude and the ability to multi-task in a busy corporate environment • Established PMO experience • Competent user in MS Project, Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Available to commence work immediately or within 4 weeks Please note: only suitable applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
