"The Job Description is as follows: -->SAP HR-Generic Proficiency: Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for asingle process track. Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates., detailed solution documentation, presentation and inimplementation. Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality processes and alsoguide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have at least 2 - 4yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3years of domain experience Module specific Proficiency: Must have good SAPapplication specific knowledge of the HR processes: o Personnel Administration,Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and BenefitsManagement o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management and Recruitment o Integration with other SAP modules Must havebasic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution o PayrollAccounting. SAP Payroll Generic Proficiency: Ability to elicit the right information by framing the right set of questions. Able to assist in creating solution proposals /solution workshops.. Appreciation of customer business processes and ITlandscape based on provided documentation. Ability to create the detailed solution and assist in implementing the solution. Should be able to configurebased on the design document and a good knowledge of the quality processes andbe able to perform unit test/SIT based on test plan/ Cases.
