GT/ST Frames. Prior hands on experience on GE Gas and Steam turbine controls preferred. • Knowledge on Gas / Steam Turbine Applications, SW concepts, PLC/DCS Engineering • Familiar with Easy 5 Simulations / Artemis to validate the functionality of Application SW • Familiar with Cimplicity/SCADA products & plant network 3 to 6 yrs The Controls Engineer is responsible to write, test, develop & execute the Application code for Software and Hardware Upgrades for Mark*V, Mark*VI & Mark*VIe control systems, simulate & validate Controls Functionality and to develop these control technologies into packaged product offerings with quality and schedule requirements • Provide start up, commissioning, Trouble Shooting support for Power Plant Control systems on Hard Ware/Soft Ware applications • Work in a cross-functional environment (Engineering, Requisition, Supply Chain, Project Management & Customers) to ensure Timely & quality deliverables • Document Fulfillment activities by maintaining design standards & design practices adhering to QMS process • Develop automation scripts & techniques and partner with automation/productivities team for continuous improvement of project cycle & quality • To use Cimplicity to develop HMI interfaces as needed • Own and manage multiple projects. • Must meet & follow GE’s export control & other policy guidelines Desired Characteristics o Familiarity of Control CoE products ?
