With 15 years of experience in South America and Africa, they work directly with AAA and AA+ European Financial Institutions with a worldwide client base from over 70 countries. Our client has their Head Office and Administration centre located in the vibrant and exciting city of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil. They seek to add Business Development Managers to work with their existing team in Rio supporting the Financial Consultants with qualified appointments and diary management – this is a pivotal role for the continued success of the company and a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate. The profile our client is seeking is as follows. An individual who can: • Deal with people of different nationalities. • Networking to gain trust and expand circles of influence • Learn fast and is willing to take challenges to help build a strong business. • Previous experience in a sales focused contact environment is essential. • Professional, confident telephone manner. • Proactive in approach, highly driven and able to meet required deadlines and sales targets. • Demonstrate experience achieving (or exceeding) sales goals/quotas. • Make around 60/80 outbound calls per day to senior decision makers and corporate contacts. • Take responsibility for your individual targets and be comfortable engaging in conversations at director level. In addition to the above the role will involve multi-faceted general office support, support to specific projects in the company, handling of private or sensitive corporate and client information, cold calling campaigns converting leads into appointments, overseeing and managing agendas and confirming meetings. You will be provided with a number of existing client accounts to manage, however generating new business is a key part of your tasks. On top of a basic salary of $2k/month, you will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure to ensure that you are paid what you are worth and not limited by salary boundaries.
