The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: • An exceptional track record in a Sales Industry (international experience an advantage) • Superb customer service focus • Outstanding communication skills (spoken and written) • An immaculate professional appearance • Polite and assured with a mature attitude • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail • The ability to deal with people of different nationalities and at all levels (including director level) • Networking skills to gain trust and expand circles of influence • Learns fast and is willing to take challenges to help build a strong business. • Responsible with the ability to use own initiative • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • The ability to stay calm under pressure • A professional, confident telephone manner • Proactive in approach, highly driven and able to meet required deadlines and sales targets. • Ownership of individual targets and be comfortable engaging in conversations at director level.
