Candidate is experienced and proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies: able to present independent stories for use by Agile team able to present classic req layout for Waterfall Experience working with a system that is heavily integrated with multiple other upstream and downstream systems Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications, driven to gain complete understanding of business need & culture Experience using Microsoft Office tools in a work setting (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) . Ability to work to stated business goals without heavy supervision Proven ability to communicate with customers with minimal requests for clarification, responses, or updates Proven ability to recognize impacts and present roadblocks, with solutions, early on in project requirements gathering. Ability to work with technical teams Experience working with B2C ecommerce strongly preferred .Technical coding experience preferred Additional experience as Agile Product Owner a plus Experience creating cost benefit analysis & comparison analysis a plus.
