Highly experienced in Telecommunications and field of Information Systems 2. Must come from a TELCO OPERATOR background with large subscriber base. 3. Value added services and new business opportunities thru the use of technology 4. Security of both physical and IT services 5. Financial KPIs covering TCO & ROI Strategy, Planning and Deployment of networks and IT systems 6. Development of Tracking, controls and budget management of ICT dept 7. Planning, Deployment and implementation of Business continuity plans, Risk Management plans and Disaster Recovery. 8. Definition of IT strategies and technological frameworks in compliance with best practices and emerging technologies. 9. Mentoring, Knowledge share, and education of organization staff with regards to technological vision, challenges and opportunities. 10. Overall SLAs management of ICT systems and applications, in timely and cost effective manners. 11. Lead GSM Billing Systems Support 12. Billing systems connectivity requirements analysis with Billing System. Core requirements 1. Must be a CTO with exp in a large subscriber base mobile operator 2. Experience in the Middle East of Europe with a mobile operator 3. Thorough technical knowledge and its applicability to the business 4. Change management and transformation facilitation 5. Advanced working understanding of the information technology environment of a telecommunications company 6. Experience and understanding of NOC, 2G, 3G, 4G technology 7. Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading‐edge information technology and related services 8. Opex versus opex budget 9. Performance contracts for all staff drawn in line with departmental KPI scorecard 10.
