Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Job Title: Senior OTM Functional / Technical Analyst (Reference # May 29/15) Location: Southfield, MI Duration: Long Term Mehboob Meherali posted a job: Job Title: Senior OTM Functional / Technical Analyst (Reference # May 29/15) Location: Southfield, MI Duration: Long Term "Primary Skills: • Interprets requirements data, maps current and future state business processes to the packaged application(s) being implemented Description: Essential Job Functions • Interprets requirements data, maps current and future state business processes to the packaged application(s) being implemented, and develops plans to address functional gaps between the packaged application and the redesigned business processes. • Develops depth of implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements. • Researches and presents information/data regarding how other companies in the client’s industry are using specific application products to improve business performance. • Builds on Catalyst and specific vendor methodology knowledge and blends methodologies appropriately to meet unique project and client needs. • Guides others in vendor programming languages and standards for interfaces and bolt-on components. • Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. • Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level. • Performs consultative selling and leverages business through superior delivery skills, client relations and subject matter expertise. • Participates in proposal efforts and sales calls. • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Six or more years of OTM Functional and Technical experience with business analysis and software product implementation • Experience working with mandated methodology • Experience working with the integrated structure of a complex software product suite • Experience working with how the client's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented OTM Functional Knowledge ? Skills and Experience in: • Ability to configure OTM • Configuration of Security Settings including Virtual Private Domains • Bulk Planning Configuration, Invoicing and Freight Settlement Module • Loading, configuration and maintenance of Rates in OTM and SMC RateWare • Automation Agent and Business Monitor Design and Configuration • User Preferences Configuration, Inbound Integration, Outbound Integration • EDI Integration to and from OTM OTM Technical Knowledge ? Skills and Experience in: • Customization of OTM User Interface (JSP and/or JavaScript) • Database Schema, XML Schema • Integration Design • Development of additional functionalities Other Qualifications • At least 8+ years of experience in application development/product implementations of Transportation Management Systems5+ years of Supply Chain/Logistics domain experience • Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) at least 3-4 years end to end TMS implementation experience using OTM • Experience in working Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JavaScript, JAVA • Strong communication & presentation skills • Ability to work across all levels of an organization • At least 3-4 TMS implementation experience (Transportation Management System/Solution using Oracle Transportation Management product) • Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity • Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company Any Project Management skills / experience would be an advantage.
