Kindly review the following details and email your resume with the requested details at the earliest for an immediate consideration   1)    SOC onsite lead Richmond, VA   Job Duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of an offshore security operations center (located in Bangalore) on behalf of the client Ensure effective monitoring process is in place to detect security incidents and policy violations Review current reporting and compliance goals and verify reports to ensure they are meeting the goals Develop/improve solution processes, procedures, and information workflows Provide best practices subject matter expertise regarding RSA enVision system integration, alerting and reporting purposes Understand current landscape and design/implement/evaluate improvements aimed at increasing efficiency Engages in peer-to-peer dialogue with clients about their industry and their situation Opens new discussions and builds new opportunities with clients Builds strong rapport with clients creating respect and trust Opens new relationship opportunities within the client environment Manage the day-to-day interactions with various business groups, executive management, and other key business stake-holders Manage engagement risk and define deliverable content Assist with team selection (recruiting, interviewing, etc)   Requirements: Bachelor's / Engineering Degree in Information Technology or related field At least 6 years experience in professional working experience Multi tasking skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with end customers Experience working in Architecting and Engineering Enterprise Solutions.  Performs and assist on RSA enVision product uses. Analysis of business models, logical specification and/or user requirements to design solutions for the monitoring requirements. Solid hands on experience in RSA enVision in terms of integrating new log sources, troubleshooting issues, defining monitoring use cases and implementing necessary reports, correlation rules, etc. and overall monitoring business process. Ability to propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of standardized and customized services. Ability to adapt a consulting style appropriate to the situation and can identify up-sell opportunities. Understands how to construct and gain agreement for business cases Past experience performing event log analysis and forensics investigation Past experience managing a 24x7 operations team is a big plus   2)      Security Engineer   LOCATION: El Segundo, California   JD: The person needs to be highly technical in both Windows and Unix security domain. Should possess skills in incident response, forensics analysis etc. If required should be able to write scripts. Should be able to communicate with Directors, CIO etc. We need strong Security Consultant profile with experience on breadth of Security technologies.
